Policies

At She Got Nails, every appointment is reserved with care. These policies are here to keep your experience clear, smooth, and respectful of both your time and ours.

As a one-client-at-a-time studio, we prepare each booking with intention. By booking with She Got Nails, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the policies below.

Booking Policies

Clear booking policies help us protect your reserved time and keep each appointment running beautifully.

A ₱299 reservation fee is required to confirm all online bookings.

This amount is:

  • deductible from your total service cost
  • required before your appointment is considered confirmed
  • used to reserve your time slot and appointment preparation

Services at She Got Nails start at ₱700, with final pricing depending on the design, length, and enhancements selected.

If you cancel your appointment, the ₱299 reservation fee is forfeited.

Because appointment time is reserved especially for you, cancellations often leave a time slot that can no longer be filled on short notice.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 36 hours before your appointment time, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • rescheduling requests made 36 hours or more before the appointment may be accommodated
  • requests made less than 36 hours before the appointment are treated as a late cancellation
  • in this case, the ₱299 reservation fee is forfeited

A no-show means failing to arrive for your appointment without proper notice.

If you do not arrive for your appointment:

  • the ₱299 reservation fee is forfeited
  • future bookings may require a new deposit before a new appointment can be confirmed

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 1 hour late, your appointment will be cancelled, and the ₱299 reservation fee will be forfeited.

Because She Got Nails serves one client at a time, late arrivals affect the full service flow and may impact the next reserved booking.

Service Quality & Aftercare Policies

We care deeply about quality, wear, and the final finish of every set. This section explains how we handle service concerns, approved fixes, repairs, and removal.

Because nail services are time-based and customised, completed services are generally not refundable.

However:

  • if you have a concern related to service quality, please contact She Got Nails within the timeframe stated in the Redo / Fix Policy
  • if She Got Nails cancels your appointment and cannot offer a suitable rebooking option, your deposit will be refunded

Refunds are not given for:

  • change of mind after the service has been completed
  • preference changes after length, shape, colour, or design has already been approved during the appointment
  • normal wear
  • issues caused by improper aftercare, accidents, heavy use, outside repairs, or product misuse

We want you to leave the studio feeling genuinely happy with your nails. If there is a concern related to service quality, please contact She Got Nails within 5 days of your appointment and send clear photos of the affected nail(s).

Approved fixes within this 5-day window are provided at no additional service charge for issues such as:

  • lifting
  • chipping
  • cracking
  • breakage that appears related to the original service

This policy applies to the affected nail(s) only.

It does not cover:

  • change of mind
  • a new colour choice
  • a different design request
  • normal wear caused by lifestyle, work, sport, chemicals, picking, biting, misuse, or impact
  • concerns reported after the policy window

Please note that regular polish naturally wears more quickly and is not covered in the same way as longer-wear services such as gel or structured services.

We offer a 5-day repair guarantee for service-related issues on qualifying longer-wear nail services.

If a nail chips, lifts, cracks, or breaks within 5 days, and the issue appears connected to the original application, we will assess it and, if approved, repair the affected nail(s).

Approved repairs within the guarantee period are:

  • complimentary for the affected nail(s) only
  • limited to service-related concerns within the approved scope

Please note:

  • repairs do not include a full new set unless we determine that it is necessary
  • repairs do not include colour changes, redesigns, or style changes
  • repairs outside the guarantee window are treated as a paid repair service
  • repairs caused by accidental impact, picking, aftercare issues, or heavy wear are also treated as paid repairs

Please let us know before booking if you already have product on your nails.

Existing gel, builder, extensions, or other nail products may require additional time and are charged separately unless clearly stated otherwise.

Please book removal if you currently have product on your nails, as removal must be accounted for within your appointment time.

As a general rule:

  • our own previous work may sometimes be removed as part of a new booked service, if stated in the service details or approved during booking
  • another salon’s work is more likely to be charged separately and may be subject to an additional fee or refusal, depending on the product and condition of the nails

We may remove products applied by another salon only if the product is suitable for safe removal within our service standards and appointment timing.

We reserve the right to decline removal or further work on nails with:

  • unknown products
  • unsafe application
  • severe damage
  • signs of infection
  • heavy lifting
  • conditions that may compromise nail health or service quality

For safety reasons, we may also refuse unsafe removal or limit the service to safe removal only if the natural nail is already compromised.

Health, Safety & Operations Policies

Your comfort and safety matter. This section covers allergy disclosure, service suitability, payment disputes, and emergency closures.

Your safety comes first. Please tell us before booking and again before your appointment if you have any of the following:

  • known allergies or sensitivities to gel, adhesives, acetone, fragrance, latex, metals, or other nail products
  • a history of irritation, redness, itching, swelling, or allergic reaction after nail services
  • cuts, wounds, broken skin, inflammation, or painful areas on or around the nails
  • nail damage, nail separation, severe thinning, or other nail conditions
  • suspected fungal infection, bacterial infection, or any contagious condition
  • pregnancy, medical condition, or medication that may affect skin, nails, healing, or service safety

For health and safety reasons, She Got Nails may modify, postpone, or refuse a service if we believe the treatment may be unsafe or unsuitable.

We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose infections, allergies, or nail diseases. If we notice anything concerning, we may recommend that you seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before booking or continuing service.

If you have a concern about your service or payment, please contact She Got Nails first so we can review the matter fairly under our policies.

We keep relevant booking records, including:

  • appointment notes
  • messages
  • timestamps
  • service photos where applicable

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve a valid service-related concern, we reserve the right to submit our records to the payment provider as evidence and to formally contest the dispute.

This does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law. It simply means service concerns should be handled through our documented review process first.

In rare cases, She Got Nails may need to cancel, move, or delay appointments due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

This may include:

  • emergencies
  • severe weather
  • flooding
  • power interruption
  • transport disruption
  • illness
  • building or area access issues
  • government restrictions
  • other events that make operations unsafe or impossible

If we must close or cancel for these reasons:

  • affected clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible
  • updates may be posted on our website and social media pages
  • appointments will be rescheduled subject to availability
  • if rebooking cannot be arranged, the deposit will be refunded

Our usual studio hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, though temporary changes may sometimes be necessary for safety or operations.
